i played with the patch. though the patch seems to work for everyone but landlady. though tried it without that patch and still got that issue

rambo455 that bug was already reported when .25 was dropped, a quick fix is to install KoGa3 mod, he fixed it, you can turn off the parts of the mod you are not interested and keep the several minor fixes he does.
