Updating my recently updated 7zip install probably wont help with a corrupted archive, grabbed it from mega and that opens just fine.

Very much so. Hell they kicked a guy off their platform for calling a white supremicists the N word during a livestream that had no relation to Patreon or his own content. If you set up a Patreon account you are either fishing for failure or you should be doing it with the intent to tell them to fuck off at some point like the person behind Monster Girl Island did.
I have to say. I really like how thought out the backstory for the girls is in terms of how they grew up plays into their likes, desires, and abilities.
It's somewhat rare to see a harem game that puts that level of thought into how the environment a character grew up in would affect their interests and desires.

Extract the contents of the game folder into your GP game folder and allow the files to be overwritten.
That restores the original puppy twins access and logic, as well as their appearance on the exit screen.

Game throws an error on changing your title with Milibelle.
Unsure if a collar was used for Milibelle. I thought I only had 1, but when one was asked for Serena later I still had 1.

Two things: when playing the game (you have to start playing) and then go to quit,cthere will be an "are you sure?" Screen, and they twins are back on there now.
Second is in your bedroom, and you go to watch porn, the second option, "Sabrina Sparkles in Puppy Love" will be available again
