The name's wrong, it does contain the new chapter four (at least the one I downloaded does).

just went through it, after it says end of chapter 3 it it says that's all for now.
so yup, still only chapter 3

The MEGA windows one. I started chaper four just to make sure, and inside the "game" folder you can see the chapter four files.

nvm, i deleted the folder and extracted it again, i think me already having chap 3 made it merge and fuck up.
works fine now
