i really don't hate/dislike nadia is just at this point in the story she is still very bossy and thinks she can do whatever she wants.
she still needs proper punishment and learn her place.
and of course Scarlet as a dom but always with her adorable shyness

Nadia has had decades of captivity where the only thing keeping her going was her own stubborn iron will - it makes sense her resilience to punishment and subservience is second to literally anyone else on the island. I think it would be a huge break in character if she were to rapidly "learn her place" and perhaps is one of those characters (like say Zero and Scarlet) who you break down barriers in a more loving approach.

well from 1m to 5pm hazel is there with her and at 6pm she's at bank and after 7pm or so she goes to sleep (apparently). in any case there is no option to actually talk about date with her (after hazel's help) anywhere.
