The dev could release the update and communicate more with their fans here and on Patreon, duh.

The last update was in May, the next version is in process and there are several previews of it, Patreon has recently been updated, it's true that it should have been updated much earlier.
Everybody would like things to be different, but this game is created by two people and they've already said they can't spend as much time on it as they would, but they're still in it. I don't think it's fair that have the Abandoned tag. We all know that there are other projects that really abandoned and they don't have it indicated.
Stop saying that this game takes profit from its subscribers as it hardly earns any money and the few money is split between two persons.
Please think about it a bit like adults.

It's not but okay, it's only a tag.its always like this a great game .. gets abandoned ....

Thanks for the information because the truth is that I didn't know how to do it, but just know that I have done it and before I get a reply or anything, it indicates that it has been rejected.
I'm not going to say anything more about this because I think it's a lost battle and I don't think I can ask for more from a website related to pirated pornographic content.
If you check patreon I'll believe you'll understand we'll be getting a update by the end of the year.

This year hopefully, I don't have any kind of contacts with him, but in patreon a recent post was made
And before that update was on around may, so it's better to not think much about the update, just that the dev hasn't abandoned

From what I can see in the Patreon is that it hasnt been updated except for 0.4, nor is there any message about any future updates.

Noooooooooooooo i was going through the abandoned tag and there were so many great games that i just realized were abandoned but nothing hit as hard as seeing this one
