To give my input but hey i really liked the game all the way to that point but still tell me the reason as to why she does it other than i felt bad for the guy.
Rather than one of us telling you, download the game and play for 5-10 minutes and you'll have a far better understanding than any of us can convey in a paragraph or two here. The authors of the story are the best ones to inform you using the medium of their choice (the game).

It has been confirmed that there are 2 scenes remaining in the Adriana route, and that they will be included in the next release, which will feature Lisa. The Haley solo route will be left for last. Any speculation as to how those 2 Adriana scenes will play out?
I don't think it's too much of a spoiler to say that the last release ended with the 3 of them getting into the same bed, to ostensibly go to sleep. So, my guess would be that Haley and the MC get it on during the night (or early morning) and are discovered by Adriana. Then the final scene could be the next day, with Adriana either accepting the situation for what it is or not.
Another possibility would be for the developers to have the 3 of them continue as they are in that last scene for several days. That would bring several other scenarios into play for the final 2 scenes.

A surprise would be if Adriana got pregnant!
Mom!? Dad gets busy and provides Haley and the MC with a baby brother or sister... or another set of twins. Haley? Not so much of a surprise.

I did not know that Sandra had a threesome with Haley and in MC, because on the route I did, they ended up, But having Sandra I don't have Lisa and Lisa attracts me more than Sandra, Now that on the route of Adriana, Haley and the MC, let's hope that magic Haley could do with her, fingers crossed

Kept up with this game for a while and must say loving the routes so far. It is a shame that every single girl that has a gallery didn't get their own routes but still I am glad my favorite 3 did get their routes.
Though it does leave me wondering what the difference would be if you slept with Haley while with Adianna or didn't when it comes to the ending on said route.
Makes me wonder if there will be a pregnancy route with any of the three girls for an ending as well. Sandra and Adianna wouldn't be hard to explain but Haley's? Good luck explaining that one to mom and dad assuming she gets one.

Single women get pregnant every day. Haley wouldn't have to explain anything. As a matter of fact, it would certainly be better if she didn't. Just blow it off as a one-night-stand, and refuse to name the father, or even that she doesn't know who he is. Would that upset Mom and Dad? Of course. Mom would be even more distrustful of Haley than she already is. But Haley is their daughter, who would be bearing their grandchild. They are not Puritans or Wahabis, so forgiveness would come easily. The MC and either Sandra or Adriana would be around to help Haley raise the child, which also could explain why they are all living together.

Two points:
1) There are a lot of things that happen in this world that many (or perhaps most) would think of as being stupid.
2) This is a porn game. Porn logic requires some suspension of disbelief in every game I have looked at.
So basically everyone has the choice to either accept the logic presented or not. It wouldn't be the first time someone has been turned off by a game because they felt it rang false.
