How do you get it to work? i tried other renpy games on the deck but none of them work.

I just opened the pc version it is built for linux i believe the sh extension is the executable go into desktop mode touch seems to work.

I hope in the next update the uncencoring will work better and the girls on 'new-week-screen' are shown in pregnistate.
Both switches usually are on in my config, but almost 50% of all girls are uncensored, and nearby no girl is shown preggy at beginning week.

I would recommend a save editor. I prefer this one as it supports 90% of saves (pretty much anything that isn't specific to an individual game)
