You could try using a save editor and fixing it that way. Probably the easiest solution I would imagine.
There is from my knowledge a mistake in it. For unlocking Kasumi you need despite impragnating Kurumi multiple times upgrade your card too. So if you manage to reach the 1000 pregnancies and upgrade your card to last rank before you unlock Kasumi you locked yourself out of her because you will not be able to met her without upgrading the card.
A small correction for Kazumi:
if anyone else was having trouble i figured it out a while ago, it's all one week and that counts for consumables too. so if you take consumables while off the island, and then go to the island, you won't be able to use consumables for that whole trip.
