Sorry, but you can't buy those. I'm still a Patron and I actually raised that issue on Patreon with the devs about a year ago. I thought that making some of those outfits purchasable would be an easy way for them to expand the meagre options currently available (they've already paid for the assets, after all).
They said it was a good idea then did nothing.
A while ago, the devs tried something they called "Hornstown Next". Which was basically the normal game with an even uglier avatar that moved a bit. About the only thing I liked about it was that each style of clothing had four different options rather than just four different colours.
There are, however, other options. Probably the best is working as a prostitute. Either the "high-class" (working at the Casino) or the "trashy" paths will give your MC two new outfits. Other storylines grant clothing but it's mostly shit.
While I believe that this game's biggest flaw is denying the player the ability to effectively manage time (it's a time-management game, FFS), the fastest way to improve the game would be to introduce actually attractive MC models and more varied and attractive outfits. Most of the MC models and purchasable clothing (especially the female clothing) looks like dogshit.
In civilised circles these days, it's pretty much a matter of identity. If you identify as a woman, you're a woman.

There are multiple ways. You can unlock the ability to start the game as a woman by using the patron/developer modes available in this thread. There are also several feminisation storylines. Check out the walkthrough to find out more.

hi everyone, this a the only full walkthrough offline, and i removed cheats guide, because the developer don't like it and block loading game function, how ever i still can crack the game, but im not publishing it.
man, i really wanted to like this game, but i hate how you are either the top of the top, grindest player, or you are a sub to the rest of the characters. even when you are given choices, you never know which will end up with you getting a backdoor visit.
it ends up becoming an exercise in frustration. doesnt help how some events seem to be timed. and you have no idea unless you use a guide.

Man, I just came back to this game. Why the actual fuck is the dev just being a dick removing the traditional save system. On his patreon he claims "it's to make the game more accessible and easy to save". What a lie, fine, I registered, cool the game just refuses to work and doesn't let me save or load. Instead telling me to register, even though I already have, and am signed in online.
The guy actually just made it unplayable and made me never want to play it again. Dev learn from this, stop being greedy and trying to force people to become patreons to bypass these cancerous dev practices.

Hello everyone, I need someone to send this to the development team for me. Please and thank you.
At the charity event with Diana in New dog, New tricks if I click to keep up I got a blank page and in Amelia's night out when I take her to the nightclub and click to follow her another blank page. I don't know if it matters but I already had sex with her in the changing rooms in the previous event and I'm sure I have the points needed to progress in the club as well. Also in Lynn's sub story I can't take her to EC for punishment, after I click on it and then afterwards when I click in the "go" button I got redirected to the house page without going instead of the scene itself.

I can't seem to contact them. It gives me an server error when I try it on the official site so if anyone could contact them to let them know about these issues or any patron who can write comments or email them please do and thank you again.
They have a discord server with a channel in which you can post bugs you encounter. I copy-pasted your problem in it, normally the dev is quite active on the server so they should see it

Noob here: is there a cheat/save editing way to unlock content you've previously locked yourself off from? (Like by missing a meeting due to other engagements?)
You can get the patron/cheat modes through links in the OP. Some quests can be reset.
