I didn't ask you if you met the quest conditions, so idk why you'd start with that.
I've been in that camp several times before that quest started.

All clocks have the following code 6 10 50 which gives elixer
in the quest for a cure quest you have to input a set of numbers to lower a barrier

sorry i came across as condescending but i was a bit frustrated
i searched the wiki up and down and left empty handed
i finally figured it out what my problem was
i restarted the game via restart fairy and the fate ender in my inventory was the one from the older game and i had not yet forged the new one with kevin and ino
so i missed one of the conditions to start circle of strife quest
and the camp is now after finishing circle of strife accessible as well
had the same problem
i just loaded and older save before i entered eastfort
and rushed to the juggernaut and killed it ( had to load 3 times before it worked)
and after that battle i went back to the enterance and killed and searched everything properly

Is the seashell hunt event with Ino and Quinta when vacationing available on vacations after the first one? Also, since the seashells are vendor trash, if I do not complete the event and sell them after coming back from vacation, am I locked out of the event?

Asking the same question multiple times in rapid succession won't get an answer any quicker. In fact it's more likely to piss people off and cause them to ignore you.
Common courtesy is to ask once and then wait patiently for someone to answer.
