This game was really fun, until one day the MC went to a clothing store to buy a nice outfit for his hottie. At the clothing store some random dude forces the MC to strip naked and have sex with his girlfriend in the middle of the clothing store, all the while this random slave owner guy is insulting the MC's girlfriend.
In the game, it's illegal to rape a slave, but if you are a normal citizen you can be forced to have sex with one in public, or lose your slave forever (threat was implied).

He was a not a 'random slave owner', but the guy in charge of all elves in the city, and the entire slave practice in general. He works for the government, he is the guy who makes the laws.

Public nudity/sex is not illegal there, and if you want to own a slave, you need to pass a lot of criteria now days, the player on the other hand 'inherited' his.
As for her build, many owners give their slaves (like the on in that scene, Lin's sister, and others) drugs which not only fill out their figures, but also make them horny all the time.
Also, he didn't force you to do that, you, or rather Lin, agreed to the competition.
First of all, do you realize that what you are playing is a Beta version so is a TEST build, and not everything planned for the upcoming full release was in it?
There's also the Changelog in the OP where the notes for the Second Build of the Beta that you seem to be using state that nothing has been added for Autumn yet. v0.10 is currently in the Pre-Release stage with the full release expected next week, so maybe Autumn will get something by that time.

He can't force you to have sex however he can revoke slave licenses and have all slaves removed from that person.

Yeah... I'm pretty sure public nudity in a clothing store breaks a few laws. Even in Runey's world.
Also, threatening to seize someones property is coercion. So, a government official is forcing you to break public indecency laws in order to make you comply with his "small boob" slave preference. Failure to do so will result in your property being seized.
Again....seems legit.

Agreed, this is simply to kick start Lin's story. Played through a few times, and am sending a small donation to Runey on Patreon. I hope that says a bit about how much I appreciate the work so far.
But honestly, compared to the other writing in the game, this can be done much better, yes? This scene is pretty bad. TBH the forced group sex contest at the hotel isn't any better.
This whole start to Lin's story can be done better.

I actually disagree, and I am pretty sure both public sex and forcing a citizen to have sex by coercion is against the law.
First:
Why be scared of being caught during all the exhibitionist scenes? Children don't shop for clothes? But raping slaves is illegal? So forcing slave sex is illegal, yet competitive group sex of slaves in public is not?
