That’s one of the things I have noticed regarding every thread / game project …
The Fan/supporter sig blocks are never easy to find or even in a “standard” place.
So finding & using a fan Sig is something of a PIA.

Hello! Noob to Hotel Harem and looking for some help. I've been playing the game for about 30 hours and all the girls in the game are maxed out. Unfortunately, I have an exclamation point next to Maria and can't have sex with Autumn. Autumn's Exhibitionism only goes up to "Secret Blowjob", but Runey (Dev) says "This scene will be developed when Autumn has unlocked content in her story". Really tough to figure out what I'm missing, or what steps I need to take to open up a scene. Can anybody help?

If you sit down at the PC in the bedroom and click on the icon that looks like an open book, it will take you to a walkthrough guide that will help you determine what you need to do.
In reference to the issue with Maria, it may also be a known glitch, the fix for it was posted a few pages ago, I believe by TheDevian.
As for sex with Autumn, it is not yet available.
