Then do what everyone else does who can't draw and commission an artist to do it for you. It'd be fine if this was something you were planning on doing entirely for free, but the fact that you have a patreon already set up for it speaks volumes.

Besides, this could get backfire to you if the people owning the art see that you trying to make money from their own content. You could get sued buddy.
I literary say in patreon characters are based in my favorite comics and anime, and all characters are property of their owners.
I didn't claim anyone's property.
I'm only coding and creating a visual novel game based in those characters.
Chi Chi is a char from Dragon Ball, but there is a lot of porn using her, just like Tsunade, even Pikachu. It's that diferent? Isn't Chi Chi property of Bandai... once again... I never claimed the art, and the game is FREE and will always be FREE!! The pledge is if someone want to support the creation of the game.

Some developer post their game on their own. They'll hand us the "public" version (like this developer did) which wouldn't be piracy, my dude.

It's different because you're not just using someone else's art or design work. Did you ask the artists for permission to use their artwork? I doubt it. Even if you did ask permission, what you're doing with the artwork is not transformative, you're just asset flipping. Someone drawing porn of a character falls into parody law, what you're doing is just straight up theft.
I think it's fine used to prototype, but people might get the wrong idea if you post them like this. People are complaining about the use of art thats, not yours, not about the characters.

Yes but what would be piracy is all the other non patreon japanese hentai games which are pirated. Lets not pretend like this isn't a pirate site. And it does come off as hypocritical to pirate a game then complain about someone stealing "pirating" art.

You are right! I will keep the game to myself. And maybe someday release it when I have my own original art. Till then, I will just focus on code and story.
