I've got the final file size down to just under 5GB with everything with no lose of image quality. Needed a little personal time (for reasons which would be dull to go into here) which has caused a little delay in being sure it all hangs together and I hadn't missed any of the later reported bugs etc.

I'm taking a couple days off work this week to run through it all again aiming for a weekend update with the bonus game etc.
