I think Space Corps XXX comes pretty close - you're given the option to try something and depending on whether you do or not certain content is enabled/disabled. Not sure it's entirely ACIO yet, but it's definitely on the right path. And utterly ridiculous.

If I'd had a little group when I was first making this I would have saved a shit ton of time. I say, if you scamps are thinking of making something, get together for a bit. It can't hurt.
