However, you can continue on getting 'friendly' with Rah-Rah even if you don't go on the mission with her.

You may not like the game, or indeed me, - and that's fine. But there's over 6,000 frames of lewd animations in the game. Your review as it stands, saying there is no sex, is inaccurate.
Especially if one considers the 45 minute long fap session.

I wrote that walkthrough for Heavy Five, and I am surprised that you were unable to reach more lewd content than you imply with your review. Would you like some assistance?
Also, understand that this isn't a porn game, it's story-focused and sex happens / will happen when it makes sense to happen. Nevertheless, note the tags you see for this games are accurate, but everything depends on your choices. It's a game, not a linear VN.
Sadly "not-for-quick-fap" tag doesn't exist to indicate that the game might not suit your preferences. Perhaps it'd be good to consider not rating an "apple" poorly just because it's not an "orange" though?

Your review is not only inaccurate, it is also highly subjective.
As I recall, in the first chapter alone, it is possible to see any one of the three main girls topless (two for sure). By the end of the third chapter, there is at least one full-intercourse sex scene, with some variation depending on how you got there. I think there is at least one other sex scene which I haven't found yet myself. There is also a variety of adult scenes that don't have full intercourse.
But let's pretend that wasn't the case. Let's pretend this game had no sex scenes at all. It's still only chapter three. I've played lots of VN without any sex scenes in the first three chapters. So, saying it doesn't have "enough" sexual content is an extremely subjective statement. The review rules actually ask that you be objective.
You also accuse it of bad writing, without saying why. Now, to be fair, lots of people have said it has good writing without going into specifics, but bad writing could mean so many things: bad plot, bad dialogue, bad grammar/spelling/translation, etc.
In an industry that has so many games which claim "your choices have meaning" and then don't live up to that promise, this is a game with many MANY possible paths, where your choices really do have a big impact on where you go and what happens. That walkthrough guide has eleven different ways of playing this game, and that's only scratching the surface. Different paths have different nudity/sexual content, and some of the paths have none. It's written that way on purpose, and the game does kind of warn you about that at the start, if you read the tutorial.

You can use the Joiplay app to play renpy games like this on android. Works well.

Why would you guys care about a random idiot with a two line review? the aggregate rating of all reviews is obviously the best indicator of quality for a title (unless a specific review is really in-depth), and it is quite high here (not to mention the many votes for it in the "best game here" competition. Congrats on the win btw . "The trip goes on while the dogs howl" as they say here. Generally speaking ignoring idiots is best .

I know it won't help you, but I'd recommend going with the MC you want. Know that White Male MC is kinda like the "vanilla option", as in it was the MC of the first version of the game. Black Male MC has a totally different path with at least one female character. White and Black Female MCs have the same content right now (growing vastly different from the male MCs), if I'm not mistaken, apart from a few lines, but this is going to change in the next chapters. Actually, whatever sex and race you choose, there will be as much content for you once the game is done. Each new chapter will bring you something more in one direction or the other.
For now, if I were you, I'd start with a White Male MC, though, and if you like the adventure (as I'm sure you will), don't hesitate to explore the other MCs afterward.

What Huitieme said. Play who you want to play.
I'll just add that every chapter release gets complete content for every MC option. You won't see a situation like with some other games that an update may not have any new content for you.
