Oh well. I wouldn't call it a lie right away. It depends a bit on which definition of NTR the developer is using. If we use the definition of this forum, the lesbian sex in the last update is NTR. Because both women are LI, they have sex and the MC is not involved. Thus all requirements according to the forum definition are fulfilled. I guess we'll see scenes like this more often.
But if we use the actual definition of NTR, outside of the forum, i.e. netorare and netroi, there is actually no NTR in the game so far. Cheating really does exist. To make that becomes NTR, Eve would have to be taken away from her husband. Or else, MC's girlfriend shows up and ends up in Eves husbands bed or one of the girls' beds, being taken away from the MC. Whereby "being taken away" means something permanent, by no means a one-off cheating. But I tend not to think that this will happen. Cheating, on the other hand, we can certainly expect more.
So the big question: what definition of NTR does the developer use?
Well, personally it doesn't bother me. But there are enough people in this forum who almost run amok if the MC is not the "only dick in the town".
He also said there won't be other other guys around, so if the girlfriend bangs someone else, even if it won't fit your very specific criteria for NTR, he'd still have lied about that. I don't think that part is debatable or even subjective. For her to bang another guy... there has to be another guy! There's no way around it.
