The main character doesn't have any relatives they have incest with. Logbook should tell you all the fetishes each character has, but theirs only 7 current incest characters.

That's very strange, it seems like for some reason the save data didn't update when you accepted the request.
With the engine revamp's new code this bug won't happen again but for now I'll help you out directly, gimme just one moment to edit the save
