Have yourself a break men i really appreciate the hard work you are doing and communicating to your players for me most of the chapter 3 animation there are a few exception the seggs scene between the two lover in shool is the only okay one and ther others are just slow frames, it is just what i've incountered so far none the less very good update.

So are the ones with thumbnails there the only ones that are working for you properly? If so then I think the issue may have something to do with me using a shoddy online converting tool to convert from mp4 to webm. As I didn't start using handbrake until chapter 4. So if that is the case this could be a very easy fix I could either A. just make a version of the game for you that is original MP4 animations or B. Try to reconvert them using handbrake and make a version for you like that. Either way if I am right about this, it won't take me long to do. Literally just 20mins of converting, and 20 mins of uploading to Mega. or 2 mins of changing the file extension in the script and 20 mins uploading to Mega. Either way I can set it to start uploading then I will go to sleep and post a link in 8 hours when I wake up. Unless I still can't get to sleep like now.... In which case I will post a link in about a half hour. I'm so tired my eyes hurt, and yet I can't sleep and I am just sitting here catching up on the anime that I didn't watch last week currently its Bleach next up is One Piece.... Oh yea here are how the non converted animations look for me, which is why I think those specific ones are suspicious.

Well turns out I made a mistake. It wont do any good uploading the mp4 versions.... As apparently renpy does not support them at all. So I just reconverted them all using HandBrake and they all have thumbnails now. So I can only assume that means they worked. So since you didn't reply and I still wasnt asleep I decided screw it I will just do both options. After doing both options I tested the one with the original mp4 files and forgot renpy doesnt support mp4 so none of the mp4 files loaded at all... But I am currently uploading an android version of re converted videos. It is important to me to know if this works for you or not. Since ok this is the sleep talking and I will probably regret it in the morning. But it was always like a dream of mine to develop video games. Even if this is just a porn game its still a video game and I want to have the best quality I can. My main goal is that every release is better than the last, which is why chapter 2 was such a let down for me. I mean yea the quality of the animations was better in chapter 2 than chapter 1 but the length of the chapter was so short I didnt even want to release that chapter. Which is why I kinda went hard on chapter 3 to make up for it. Thats also why chapter 3 adds as much content as chapters 1 and 2 put together. So if someone is having an issue playing the game I take that as a serious failure on my part that must be corrected at all cost. So this version of chapter 3 has a little message from me during the final scene, which none of the other releases of chapter 3 has. It may not make sense now. But if you are still playing the game when chapter 6 comes out it will make a lot more sense then. I have dubbed it chapter 3.5. and it was made specifically for you. I have no intention of adding to the main posts download links. If other players see this message and want to try this version the only difference is I am hoping better optimized animations, and about a paragraph of dialogue from me to you during the final scene.

Due to the feedback I have received on chapter 7 demo on the community discord, I decided that I will be remaking at least chapters 1 and 2 in that same style. The reworks will be posted here as soon as they are completed. Whatever rework that gets completed if the free version is already live then the rework will be posted to replace it. I hope to get caught up with the current release schedule with the reworks, asap. Chapter 1's rework I just started working on this morning/last night. I have been up since midnight working on it.... But I completed all 82 animations for the rework, and all the scripting for the buttons, and labels, I just have a bit of scripting to finish up and add the dialogue back in. Then run a bit of testing. It should be posted on here tomorrow. Then I will get started right away on chapter 2s rework. I would like to get chapters 1-3 done before friday that will put me really close to being caught up with the posted stuff so that I can just add everything into chapter 4 and release chapter 3s rework along with chapter 4. Then have chapter 4 and 5s reworks done by the time 5 launches. But I have to make sure I am balancing my time well, since I kind of just halted all progress on chapter 7 and just left it hanging there. My main priority is getting chapters 1 and 2 reworked though as I hate those chapters with a passion the quality of those chapters just blah... you know.. So getting them reworked I feel will bring up the overall quality of the game by a lot. So for my own sense of mind I need chapters 1 and 2s reworks both done asap.

It is during chapter 1, its the scene that starts the entire story. The only way I was able to make it avoidable while also keeping the main storyline plot intact, is by the MC (Misaki) getting upset and thinking her BF was cheating on her so she gets too drunk and kinda goes along with it.

I completely agree. This is the most confusing download presentation I have ever seen.
Is something named "chapter x", chapter x only or chapter 1 to x. Does it includes updated older chapters or not??
Completely unclear and in that case the smarter thing to do is to download nothing.

I would strongly suggest that you change the presentation

Some thing like "Chapters 1-4" would clearly states that all the chapter up to 4 are included.
And if you want to include and advanced chapter (though it is probably a very bad idea storywise) or an updated previous chapter clearly say "chapter 2 update only" or "chapter 7 preview demo"

All fair points. Chapter 2 Remake I need to just remove as I combined that with the chapter 4 release So it is not needed at all. For context though and to clarify, I was releasing the chapters bi weekly while completing chapters weekly. So I got pretty far ahead on the releases. So while chapter 3 was released I was working on chapter 7. While working on chapter 7 I had some ideas from alt angles and pov and stuff. So I made the content I was working on a demo essentially just asking people opinions on the angles and what not. To know if it would be a waste of time to continue using that style or to stick with what I was doing. I then took the feedback that I was given and started remaking the first 2 chapters as I personally did not like the quality of the work done.

Before I ever started working on the remakes though I made a poll asking if I should and what order I should work on stuff. The poll just ended yesterday. The result is I should focus on new chapters not remaking old ones. But during the 2 weeks the poll was up I finished 2 of the remakes anyways to make myself feel better.

Personally I want to get rid of the demo and the remake downloads but as a new Game dev on here I don't know if I am allowed to. The rules clearly state when something is shared is should not be unshared right? so removing the demo would be against the rules? I can remove the remake chapters and they are included in the main download now.

Essentially the current downloads are Chapter 2 Remake (Includes ONLY Chapters 1-2)
Chapter 4 Release (Includes Chapters 1-2 Remake, Chapters 3-4) Then the demo for chapter 7 which I made a note saying if you care about spoilers steer clear of that one lol.

Chapter 7 demo is where I am currently working, It is a 2 week long poll on the discord where I asked people if they liked the camera angles, and povs. If they wanted me to continue doing the game in that style or stick with the normal one.

I edited the post removed the remake stuff since I know that is not against the rules. But I am unsure about the demo so I left it there. I also renamed the downloads in a way that it hopefully makes it all a bit clearer.

I mean, I am doing this mainly for the learning opportunity, just to get better at renpy coding mainly. I read the reason for the remake, but still unclear if only Ch 1-2 are being remade or all chapters will eventually be brought to same level, as that means don't play past Ch 2 so saves will still work in future. The worst thing is finding time to replay an entire game every update and never getting past the same point. Eventually the game is so far past where you were a year or 3 earlier, that its just not worth playing until completed.
