Go to the park at NIGHT, click on the Plate with candies(?)(The one which isn't there if it isn't NIGHT time). This is hinted in the quest info.

You'd need to do that at least 3 times and have enough level and candies to do the events for Sunny, Lucy and Evie (And make their Halloween cards purchasable).

Is not spam but error , What happend?

when you first loaded the game you clicked the bar in the bottom right and changed sound reinstall the game and dont do that...

not sure if you had a save but uhh thats what i did and it fixed it 100% dont move that bar when loading the game for the first time

Also, after I finish the prologue the game resets to where I was right before the prologue ended. Did that happen with you too? Just wanna know if it's just me or what...

She doesn't have one. She got a card as part of a Halloween Collaboration that you just buy for 6 levels, 6 silver, and 66 copper.

Continue the other girls' storylines until they reach level 5, then Lucy will also be promoted afterwards.

Not sure, but I think you need to by her guild costume/outfit (under her profile pic)
