I said it before, we'll probably see GTA6 on the PC before we see that first 1/3 of this game he said he was going to release whenever.

Oh and he actually decided to try to get help, something he should have did three years ago when momentarily flirted with five figures.

I can't access fish shop, Is there process to unlock fish shop?
I'm using latest version and already far enough in story having family back and investigation for gentle thief going..
But I'm unable to see Fish shop owner at any time. What to do?

Also, can't access location of lake, except on missions map.
