Great VN, easily one of my favorites. I love a slow burn with good storytelling and character development, and this one has all of that in spades.
Maybe I'm old, but I prefer that over a straight to it, wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am immediate fuck-fest. (But I'm not gonna lie, I do play those too!)
Oh, and I'm fairly certain I know who is sending Emma the text messages. It was telegraphed quite clearly in Episode 5, and no it's not the new character David.

i like Lucy, she is alright in my book
i felt bad as mc was yelling at her when she came home with Charlie but she saved her sister once again and got bitch slaped for it by that fucking asshole
and you can tell when mc is talking to her, they talk like they know each other for years now, he is even scolding her how she should behave around her sister and we can see how much mc cares for both of them
but her asking for a kiss after everything that happend that night, idk... i know she feels angry and sad at the same time and maybe she didn't even had a man in her life that she cared about as much as mc is doing now and they know him for only a few days now... but her sister is lying in the bed upstairs drunk out of her mind... idk how could she drank so much alcohol on their way back home, she looks like she is drugged

Another fine update that seemed longer than it probably is. Those who claim that there were no choices at all must have failed to reach 10 character points with Emma since that unlocks it. Of course they were pretty obvious.
Some comments:
- Charlotte really can't catch a break. Of course that guy had to reappear, but I'm sure he will get a "nice" talking to courtesy MC in due time.
- Speaking of which, I'm pretty sure Zak will suffer the same fate, but more in a "bad boyfriend" way. As for being the stalker he's off my list for now.
- However, New Guy David is not. If you check the heart in his locker it's drawn the same way as on the pic the stalker left on the table. May be a case of an asset, but I think it's significant. He also may have seen Emma parading in front of Zak.
- Then again so did the two girls standing with him; they did not look pleased. So I'm still on the fence who sends the text messages. (The only people in the know of the scene are Zak, the two girls and Emma's sister, and possibly David. So it's gotta be one of that group.)
- Speaking of Emma, I feel it was appropriate to not go for the "cheap nudity" during her shower scene by cutting her off before it "gets more interesting" further down. She's still adorable as usual of course. (Then again, taking off shoes when the feet might swell up is just asking for trouble as you may not be able to get them back on.)
- I guess we will see some tabloid publishing the paparazzo's panty shot next update. Charlotte won't be pleased. About being pleased, there is a high probability that she will somehow "convince" the MC to get rid of the tattoo, at least if you pursue her love path. IMO it looks hideous, but then again, I'm not too keen on that stuff myself and tend to even skip porn clips that have performers with exaggerated tats.
- And finally, mentioning Lucy's envy will surely come back into play later, otherwise why should the dev mention it.
As usual, keep up the good work, HillsideVN, I'm looking forward to what's coming next (since we did not get any hints on the TV screen).

Finally I am looking forward to have the MC beat up that little twerp Zac, the Women Beater and that Weinstein-Clone sometime in the future. Hopefully with a few epic slo-mo repeats from different angles and set to Disturbed's "Let the Bodies hit the Floor". Gonna be glorious
