personally for me, this game is hands down in my top 3, the story line is gripping,the character integration is awesome, renders are sweet, after the initial release i didn't know how it was going to go, but top marks !! amazing game look forward to the next chapter

I didn't play in this download the first part, çause it started right away in episode after the first release.
I've played the first release though.
I've also already have given a rating when I played the first part.. (where he got involved)
so thats my playing....

Gameplay is smooth...
nice novel with very good prospects of a great story...
fun to really read, although there are some english faults... But the story is so strong, it's easy to forgive...
I have played The other game also, but understand the diffeculties on his other game...
Ethan is a familiar character... and so are some others... However, this story is 'intriguing' to say the least..
Dev's doing a good job... (Although for a really good novel, you wouldn't be reading just some lines on a black screen. once or twice in a while to really make a point would be enough in a visual novel..)
sound works great, and is really backing up the story.. it reads like a real novel, with maybe a touch of feeling dev creates, in different levels, for the situations all characters are in. .(As a novel should be in my opion)
Maybe I'm just fond of a game that doesn't gets down to having sex as fast as possible, but builds in a realistic feel for the things happening towards having sex.
yeah, I know, we all want to see MC getting layed with all female characters, but just writing porn is far to easy. The story of the VN is what makes or breaks a VN. And I'm glad to see that this novel is one of the top novels published on this forum.
[ I would even gladly proofread the english texts for free if dev needs help with the english translation... ]

I also know there are a lot of people that don't take the time to read the whole thread, and so my comments will only be read by few gamers, But it just giving my opion. So I don't really care.

if you want to read the comments I've already written in the reviewsection you're welcome to comment there, but I haven't seen anything to change my mind on this game.

A fantastic update, and I've got to vent my Ethan's Legacy fanboy voice. Noooo!!! You turned wonderful Karen into a villain (or at least pawn) responsible for the death of Ethan's father (assuming, of course that he is dead and not out producing rape slave serum for Marcus). Noooo!!! You turned sweet Jessica into a prostitute (and a very young looking one at that), though at least she remains sweet and didn't have poor Heather's role this time (one of my warmest memories of EL was the hug Jessica gave Ethan when he fell asleep in the offie). Yesss!!! The return of Clara, and she seems pretty badass. Yesss!!! Talking of badasses, the return of Super Ethan, a man who once nearly saved the day by, literally, fucking the bad out of Ghost ! And, yes, I do get that these are different characters.

Anyway, we get some progression on nearly all fronts, which is not such a good thing in regards to Ethan's descent into Mafia thuggery and even a sex scene with Maria (more on that later). However, I now have to rant again on the usual sticking point of Rose and the Mafia. We are constantly being told that Rose and Mike are good people without anything to back up these claims! All cuddly old good guy, wouldn't hurt a fly Mike does is teach Ethan how to shoot (and that almost certainly under orders from Rose) and tell him some interesting stories (I can see "one time six police officers raided one of our crack houses, but a mole tipped me off, and I gunned them all down before they even broke the door down... good times...good times"). Although @V3X doesn't pull many punches I do think the full implications of working for the Mafia have been glossed over - no scene where Ethan has to take free samples of cocaine/heroin to the schoolkids, or escort a little girl to the local child brothel/porn ring or bodyguard a convoy of human trafficking victims (I am sure things like that do not go on in a criminal organisation run by such a good person - exit sarcasm mode).

In conclusion, I await the next update eagerly (I am most keen to discover more about Madison because her betrayal, doing one of the worst things a woman can possibly do to a man, really bugs me and I want to know the whys and wherefores). No, ETHAN says that constantly, not the game. We are constantly reminded this is not the case, at least for Rose. We were told she's a bitch by another guy, remember? Of course, that guy died shortly after by Rose, proving beyond doubt that Rose is anything but good.
She constantly barages us with "I am evil" stuff. Like "People are afraid of you" "Good". And "I sexually assault my employees and grab their dick because I wanted to win a contest with a brothel madam. I had to humiliate you to get her to work for us. Whether I won or lost the bet while you were being humiliated, it didn't matter for the job. But I don't like losing so I had to humiliate you beforehand by stripping you down and grabbing your dick."

It may be that Ethan is starving for attention and wants to believe Rose is good inside without anything to back it up. Same as deathsquad members idolize their leader as being just.

Rose's family loyalty:
I don't consider family loyalty that crosses into "Wear my dead brother's clothes to our date. And wear them the next day." is a good thing.

Heck, she even blueballs Ethan by playing coy, and then telling him shit like "remember your place!"

Ethan admits in Ep1 and Ep2 I think that he had never a problem to get hook ups in high school without even trying. Gina was with him constantly for a decade. She was certainly hooked by his power IMO.

I guess you can sum it up to having a huge sex-appeal at the state Ethan is at the time. Sonic didn't auto-fall in love with him and she showed immediately she was interested (hopefully before the effect kicked in). You can't accuse someone for rape if he draws them in with his sex appeal, right?
That is... if you want to rationalize it and sleep better at night.

IMO, Ethan should take steps to minimize this mind-fuck power or he would never ever have a normal relationship. Both Sonic and Gina obsess over him.

With Sonic there are additional considerations. She apparently was attracted to him initially but also she's in deep with some seriously bad people and Ethan rescued her from them when they first met, physically in the alley then by allowing her to stay with him so they couldn't find her. Their relationship started with him being endeared to her.

I am just presenting the argument of "with such powers, we won't know".
And frankly, no, we didn't have any guy that girls fawned over. There are guys that had to jump through less hoops to get the girls. We had girls everyone fawned over. But there was not a single guy in my 3 years in highschool, senior or junior, that was a pussy-magnet. Rich, poor, athletic, nerdy... nope. No male heartbreaker. Some had just ... not a hard time getting hookups.
Like the new Ethan says BTW. He didn't say he had throngs of girls going "awww" when he passed. Just that he didn't have trouble getting laid.
So yes, I may be reading too much into it.

Yeap. Frankly, I believe it's a combination of both. She was attracted to him immediately, it happens. Then he saved her and took a bullet for her (knight in shining armor). Then he healed the wound! (Picking her interest).
She would 100% fall for him. He had the whole package. Including, a big package, heh, heh, heh.

But would she fall so hard as to need to masturbate at the thought of him? I don't think so. That was the Supernatural part.

So.. I dabbled my hands into doing animation.

After 90-100 hours of rendering, I realized that it takes too much time for me to consider putting in into the future releases. I tried. I really did.

It wasn't perfect, there's errors on the animation and the hair is particularly problematic if you look at it closely. I just can't justify spending any more time on it since I have other things to do.

But since it's done and finished, I might as well share to everyone the 1080p version of it.
