I think darkhound and Duckswim both stated about 25-30 posts ago that it was still good and didn't need to be updated.

I'm fine with the MC as he is. Not every MC in every game needs to be a rapey goblin.

That said, this game is begging for a parody involving a goblin, or someone like Hunter from Power Vacuum.

It is a 6½ year old game as a hobby, pretty ancient in other words and it decided on all the things people post about long before they even had an account in this place.

Which is also why opinions contrary to what the game has done and will do get close to no reactions here.

It is a very old ritual we go through each time there is a release, people post something and we have heard it all before, so no reaction is relevant.

Hi Dev, great VN/Game! Just wanted you to know that I do not have any problems loading the game whatsoever. I do however have 32G ram and 8G video memory running on Windows 7. The loading time takes approximately 20 to 30 seconds to load.

I believe the problem lies with the amount of RAM is installed on the host machine. Due to the shear number of images saved in the Persistent file. I love this VN/Game and hope that any fixes made for loading problems do not effect the Persistent files or images contained.

An event where the MC has to leave the island (maybe to have a meeting or check to see if he left the iron on, anything) might be cool. That way he can get the other arrivals with the other ladies without a new game.

I'm having issues opening the game and trying to follow the 'Fix for game not starting.txt' and can only find one of the folders listed. I'm on a Mac.

I can find the ~/Library/Renpy/Islandxxx5023 folder, which is empty. So there is nothing to delete.

I can not find the Holiday Island/game/saves folder. Can anyone help me locate that folder?

Actually, you can do that (get the arrival scenes) without too much effort. Save your game, exit and start the game again, but this time choose new game option and make whatever choices get you whichever plane girl you want. Arrive on the island and do a few clicks until the next scene with that plane girl happens. Then quit. Now start the game again, but this time load your save and you should see that the achievement for each plane girl is completed. Repeat as necessary. Hope that makes sense, but there's a good chance it is outlined in the Guide also.
