You need to look on the second page. Use the arrow pointing right in the lower part of the screen in the shopping app.
There are many sex scenes. Some animated some not. Alice, Amy, Faye, Ivy and Yvette have sex scenes right now.
Which text message did you get? If it wasn't the 72hr one (ie it WAS 24hr or 48hr) then nothing happens anyway....
Content addon 2 will add an event for the 48 hours message as well with three new images.

Yup, thought so. It does get confusing first time around. I was lucky that when that update came out I was at 72hrs anyway so got the message straight away when playing so next time around I knew what was supposed to happen. As seen above it might be more clearer in the second addon...
