What part of the opening paragraph on page 74 of the Guide do you not understand?
Amy is the first girl to get the transition of the game mechanics. You can no longer just use mods or console codes to raise her stats. Her affection and love are capped at 35 until certain conditions are met. Keep reading the Guide and it will direct you how to complete all the quests to raise her stats.

Not all women are a bowl of cherries, it's that way in real life, so why wouldn't it be that way in a game. And women can be extremely bitchy to each other, no wonder they are always trying to one-up each other! Think back to when Yumiko helped Yvette with the reunion dinner, she knew Yumiko was going to act that way and she was STILL jealous of her!
