I too suspect something sinister.
1. Maybe it was not random that player won a lottery. Perhaps player has a unique quality Joy needs for her experiments.
2. Maybe the "three weeks" was just a ploy and player is actually a prisoner.
3. Why is it girls don't like to leave the island? Do they really have a life back home?
I wonder what would happen if player got homesick and tells Joy he's had enough and wants to leave the island. A great mystery I guess will be resolved when Darkhound decides to retire the game. I hope that's a long way off. Enjoying it too much.

A belated message to say what an honor it is to hear from the game master himself! Thanks for all you do for this game.
For reasons DH stated above, I quickly accepted that whiskey is the drink of choice at the night bar. It's also a great fit for Hot Shots. Even Heather chose whiskey once again in the new scene with her in the cosplay nurse outfit.
Away from the night bar, I recall drinking wine with Amy and Yvette at a formal dinner. That counts as something different.
My fantasy scene would be a casual date with one of the sports-loving girls watching the big football game. Maybe she could wear short shorts plus a see through T-shirt of her favorite team. We would down some beers and cheer on our teams. Perhaps sex could be determined by a bet on the game (we would be fans of opposing teams). Or it could be ruined if you pay too much attention to the game and ignore her. Which girl do all of you think would be a good fit for something like this?
Ultimately, who cares? We are here for the pulchritude, not the potent potables.

Ok I can use this to break the ice with Amy to ease the tension with her. Trash, trash, delete, delete. Hehehe.... Temptation. LOL.. I can't help it I need music while viewing email. I just gotta.
Yep. She noticed hehe. Oh I can tell she's hurrying as quick as she can to get out. As she goes to leave and quite ticked. I pause my video and throw the olive branch.
Amy? (Oooh if looks could kill.) Yes. what now. (Damn..lol) Could you tell Sija the coffee he suggested to me is coming in today. I'll leave him enough for a pot at reception since he drank it when he was back home. Tell him thank you. She's kinda stunned.

Now to finally to plan Faye's thank you dinner. During drinks last night we talked about where we grow up, favorite foods, etc. So I told her about Maryland Crab cakes and steamed shrimp/Prawns with Old Bay Seasoning. I'll surprise her with this. I think I'll have the crab cakes delivered to the island. A quick visit to my favorite Crabcake site. Pend my order of 2..Done (Yes they FedEx these in hours to KY in dry ice. Just reheat and eat..YUM!!!). I hope I get something to steam shrimp here. We're on an island. I know Prawns gotta be easy to get here. We'll visit Reception later.

I just want to give a shout out to Darkhound1 and the others who work so hard on this game for the incidental niceties that we may forget to notice. I'm doing some work on [Another Game] and the dev has updated it with bugs in the save files so that I need to replay the entire thing from the beginning complete with bug checking and all the rest.
Darkhound1 has done his best to make his updates backward compatible and auto-update the save files.
You might not notice little niceties like that but - let me tell you - you really notice when they're missing.
