Alright, for anyone having problem lauching the game, if you see an error upon launching where the game is telling you it's missing a game.dat with ?????? on the path directory, then that means your pc can't read unicode characters. Fastest solution is to change the japanese characters to something else that your pc can read, or you can just move the game elsewhere. Also make sure to run the game using local emulator, or just change your pc region to japanese through control panel and even down to the format and keyboard if necessary.

I have 60,000 corruption but I only have “let’s mess with Shia” not an option to have sex with her, so I haven’t gotten that ending yet. What corruption level do I need for that option?

There's 2 free H actions you can do with Shia, "Masturbate with Shia" and "Let's mess up with Shia". You said you only have the second, which shouldn't (normally) be possible without getting the first one first, and then have sex with Shia (lesbian sex, not sex involving dick) by selecting "Assault Shia". I presume you got Ending C and B, and the one you're searching for is Ending A, which is only obtainable after getting more than 30 fertilized eggs.

There's no pregnancy gameplay, only pregnancy story ending. Progress more into the story to see why.

In-game; Impregnation only (they classify that as pregnancy here) but there's also a Pic of Pregnant Shia in the Closing Credit Scene (Appears after Ending A or B).
You may want to add "use locale emulator" or something to the front thing...Sorry, stupid from tired, not thinking to clearly. Doesn't work without Japanese locale for me, maybe other people too. Maybe not. Just trying to be helpful, probably not though huh?
