i think in the game if you decide to romantically go after the doctor in the abandon hospital the issue of pregnancy is addressed and it also give the reason why the doctor and your 1st wife don't get along..

I mean mostly in regards to the protagonist

There are some similarities generally, but they are considerably different in feel and tone, despite being in postapocalyptic settings. I definitely would recommend this as well.

they have some similar qualities for sure as someone who enjoys both games id recommend this and prefer it to ds tbh
