I think i read somewhere that you basically have to give birth in public. I honestly have no clue.
bottom left corner has what leads to that. Win the battle vs. transformed drug dealer, BUT get assaulted several times during the fight. She takes a parasite and births in street then arrested.

Must get preg from Drug dealer whom transfrom little after the Woova fight if I remember right. Win the fight after being filled up enough. Will start the scene middle of the city.

This is an update for March 2023.
I added 3 scenes this time.
The first is the treatment scene of Gauza, who was parasitized following the last time.
If you go to the hospital while being parasitized by Gausa, the event will start.
The other two are events that are committed after the rescue.
When Isolda's debts grow, other rescues come to her aid, not Isolda.
At that time, if you don't have enough money, an event will occur.
One has already been implemented, but this time we added two more.
One occurs when you are defeated in the Rotten Forest (fly stage) and the other at Lao Family Farm (dog stage).
I will put the save data, so if you are troublesome, please try it there.

A patch normally comes a bit later to remove the censore. It has happened with past versions.

I figured it out. You have to do this exactly how it is mentioned.

Do not extract the file and than move it to the .exe folder. Extract to or Extract file option and from there you choose the path. I encountered an issue while the game was on my external SSD. Text menu was overlapping und levels wont load. Ifyou still got problems "reinstall" "re-extract" the files and trz it with the other BepInex (x86 / x64)
I wonder there will ever be a stage that Rena fights just in her normal clothes (I mean without the fighting suit) in side-scroller platform..

..same here mine is crashing when I give up to enemies, at the first level and the simulator it didn't crash but after the first level when you give up on flies and the creatures after them it starts crashing giving errors like this. and yeah, after playing I noticed that it crashes when CG starts.
