It is a disease where the lymphatic fluid inside the ear builds up and puts pressure on the three semicircular canals.
If you suffer from it, your sense of balance and hearing will drop temporarily (loss of hearing may be lifelong)
If you stand, you will vomit in a few minutes, so you can only sleep.
It feels like carsickness lasts 24 hours.
The nausea has subsided now, but I still haven't fully regained my sense of balance.
It's always fluffy and it leaves me feeling a little sick.
When I look into it, it looks like a scary disease.
There are a lot of scary things written about things that will never go away, or that attacks with vomiting will come on a regular basis.
That said, it seems to be a disease that varies greatly from person to person, and some people seem to be completely cured, so I guess I'll see how it goes in the future.

I may be a sick fuck buut I got an idea, though I don't know how to contact the creator about it.
Soo ants reproduce with eggs. Therefore I think it could easily be realistic as such:
Male and sprays pheromone and prepares the vagina for planting the eggs, including forcing open the cervix (maybe some stamina damage in the process) after that, the female uses ovipositor to put the eggs and some liquid inside.
With this there could be cases for both a forced open and a normal cervix situation, probably regarding to the success chance of "impregnation".

This guy seems to have a hell lot of issues. It's kinda amazing he still gets some pretty consistent releases... unlike some... others...
I post my idea for the 3rd time hoping that the game author would really make it come true. ^^. Thanks for delivering the ideas and making them.

Goto is able to escape but Rena get stucked due to the automated entrance bar. There will be 2 prisoners first. She wants to transform but they interrupt the process. Therefore she has to take them on without the suit. (.... mode?) . If she fails,
..... If she wins, she transforms and take on some more prisoners coming. If she fails, again...--2. Finally the boss stage. I think I don't need to describe further in this stage. The boss first fight, then he transforms by "Heaven", and so on....

THIS 100%. I'm a firm believer that a lot of creators use 'illnesses' as a crutch to not get work done, particularly those in the west on the Patreon train. Inui however I feel is a different story. The guy seems to feel legitimate shame about not getting work done while paid (which is quintessentially Japanese) and yet still gets shit done. This is why he continues to get my $$.
If you go back through his content history, you'll spot a similar pattern, and for the sake of the pornographic content there are more creative liberties that can be taken with insectoids and monsters vs. humans and animals. There's simply more runway to execute things like oviposition and pregnancy with such creatures given a suspension of disbelief. We should be grateful since this is really the only author in this space doing this kind of content at this depth. Others touch on it but.. not like this.

Interesting update, and I can understand the whole insect frustration, but thankfully we got a bit of a break with the last update and hunter rescues. We can only hope we get to see more story progression and humanoid/animal action.

Yeah there is certainly more creative freedom with insects and fictional creatures but I think the general opinion is that most enemies being bug-like isn't always the most digestible of content, but I personally have no complaints, and he's doing a great job being consistent with updates regardless of the size even with his health
