Sometimes they do make uncensor patches when the games they make are sold to other places. For example I think "Guilty Hell" had a uncensor patch released after it went up for sale in Steam. It mostly depends on the game's author.
I've even seen games that use censorship to not bother with more detailed scenes, like not even adding a vagina or making penises be just a solid color stick, since nobody is going to see them because of the censorship.

There is an uncensor patch on these forums so why does the dev need to make something that may actually even be illegal in their country?

can anyone tell me, what these Part 1 and 2, is it a big file that divided into 2 parts or just 1 separate different file?

Sorry I made you wait.
It is an update for February.
This update has created a new enemy at the back of the fly stage.
However, it was not possible to implement all the planned elements.
The defeat scene etc. will be the next update.

unzip Assembly-CSharp.zip in "HotM64\Hounds of the Meteor_Data\Managed"
F1 to get full hp (if full make you die)
F2 0 energy
F3 Add estrus
F5 Take damage
F6 to cycle the suit damage status
F7 to get 1k money
F8 to get 1k exp
changed "ESC" to "CTRL-Q" to exit the game

I understood in Japan is things illegal, but a lot of country is not.
So, thats it all.

However, im totaly newbie this site, and my englis is very bad, cant understood some words, and acronym in English.
But im lot of game download here, and have some idea what is a good game.
