i doubt google cares about this kind of content but when they will care be sure you are going to pay for it 29.99 $ a month.

and a lot of extra stuff.
And I would pay that if they allowed everything Patreon and Steam doesn't (incest, lolis, bestiality, scat, etc), But this is Google/Alphabet we're talking about, so that will never happen. Remember they don't even allow porn on Youtube at all, even with age restrictions in place (and probably never will be in the app store either). Also no porn allowed on Adsense either. They are more worried about public image and kissing advertiser ass and that of whatever social movement is most popular at the moment.

I have not seen many of them that have incest flagged if you are allowed to change the relationships because it's not incest required. Yes, I have seen it on some, but the same could be said of games with an i-patch, they are basically the same as those that let you change relationship and aren't always flagged.

I would assume (and could be wrong) that if you can change the relationship it wouldn't be flagged because that's not guaranteed to occur and is player preference.
There are a lot of fetish-tags where developers often make that fetish optional in their games, and yet the tag still appears. If a person is looking for a tag, and the tag couldn't be there if it were optional, that person would miss out on a lot of games.

Just do a search for a particular fetish-tag and check which games list the fetish as optional in their Genres or Notes on the OP.

Nope.
Chloe say this: "How long has it been since I had sex?"
"Simon and I broke up almost a year ago"
"After a year without sex, even MC and his cock became fantasy material"
:FacePalm:No one is virgin in this game except mc, why virgin tag exist because mc is virgin but not even a virgin love interest in game?

The virgin tag is not gender specific.
The main character is a virgin, and him losing that virginity is the motivation for the changes that set the story in motion.
So the tag is appropriate. Thanks.
Just confused. If someone want to use the virgin tag to find some games have virgin love interest, whose definitely not want to find a game that only virgin shown is mc. Just annoying.

research purposes, kinda like the main girl, man i would love to see if she can pass my test. :ROFLMAO:

Yes, thank you, I have been on the forum a bit so know how to search for, and exclude specific tags.

Fact remains, not all games where you can change the relationships are tagged that way, so not sure why the continued back and forth on what's a relatively useless topic?

If you don't believe this, look for games you think might be tagged and see if they are, and then see if the relationships are adjustable. You'll find a sizable number of them don't have the tag. So if someone is only searching for that tag they are probably missing out on some games.

I mean we can't even get the forum to auto block tags when we say "yes block all games with this tag" if we select something from the list when we block individual games, so it is what it is. :)
