Yeah, waiting for MC to ask Torry about her past and possible reason for her behavior.
Curious myself and I recall you mentioning you're Black in a previous post and thought i'd ask. And i'm black too by the way
. Personally, It'd be a visually refreshing change of pace and added variety for more Black Male MCs and/or Brown/Dark-skinned Male MCs (It could also be a fictional race) in these 3D visual novel games. Me to, it mainly notable with games with interracial scenes where it's always a white/pale MC with a girl who's Black, Asian, Hispanic, a mixed-looking brown-skinned girl, even fantasy races (elf, demon, etc.) or alien races. Nothing wrong with that, i still play & enjoy those games, but it makes me wonder why not have a game with the interracial scenes be with a black MC once in a while and have it be in a romantic, vanilla, consensual portrayal. As it's a rarity to have them as the protagonist and without the stereotypes and cliches seen in pop culture & regular porn.
When i say stereotypes and cliches, i'm referencing to things like stories & videos putting emphasis on the guy being Black and racial comments, speaking slang a lot and only looking like a rapper, street thug, or bald fitness trainer
, and being mostly associated with cuckolding, swinging, gangbanging, netorare content. Games with black and dark-skinned female characters don't have this issue, just regular girls with a darker skin tone, well aside from having 1 or 2 overused hairstyle models (

, like the overused

, but for dark-skinned girls
). In most games featuring a black guy, he's either those stereotypes plus being a villain to the MC trying to steal & corrupt the MC's love-interests or he's the MC's friend that helps MC during the story (might ask MC to help get him laid for some reason).
Only games here i know with a black MC are "Starship Inanna" (male or female option), "Connected" (mixed black MC), "The Dreamwriter", "Heavy Five" (recently rebooted with the option of a black or white & male or female MC) and "SWe1: The Warrior's Heart".
"Rocking Robin" (formerly known as “Rocks N Robin”) originally had a Black MC named Robert and a few black girls too, but backpedaled apparently after some not so nice remarks just after the demo release and remade it with a White MC and mostly white girls.
I believe anybody could have a well-written good, competent main character who just happens to be black/some shade of brown/etc. plus an interesting story. And then it won't feel shoehorned in. The only people i'd guess have a problem with it are those who need to self-insert themselves in every aspect of a game.
