the medicine for bears need the special crab. the one you make after getting 10 crabs.

no idea about that wolf though. probably requiring bear meat and honestly have no idea how to kill the bear. (20+ torches?)

Someone on this forum could do remake version of this game but make 100% better... Note don't put Japan server, you will get fined if you don't censor the bathroom scenes. Other they hate pixel games is genital hairs, I think if someone were done remake of this particular game please give her more mature body and someone else on island with her, I despise games solo adventurers who don't want to stay on island to make it work. Maybe even a party of ppl that player decides lives? Kind of like 6 ppl increases chances of living versus 1.

I think what was missing in this game was hand fishing, water collection, trash collecting, and odd and ends on the boat before explosion, she was that naive.
