Here is as per request an outfit pack for Juniper in black and in white.

There's also a couple of extra alt textures. One changes the waistband to grey and others have black logos.
Change the main texture in material editor.
About the jeans that was also mentioned, I'll have to take a stab at this at a later time possibly.

I took the liberty of cataloging this dump (from old to new), adding the missing .zipmod mods (but I might have missed some, need the latest "better repack"!) and images from pixiv

You can set any accessory as Character Accessory here:

They stay with the character even if you load new Coordinates and shouldn't turn off automatically.
Also they don't save in Coordinates.
(this is ideal for hair, nails, tails ears and horns etc.)

You can set more detailed rules in Visibility rules, so that Accs act like clothes for full and half states for example.

The g03 punk hair is in the game (or at least a similar hair), the rest have not been converted sadly.
Maybe request one of them at the discord, they are all doable
