I have the same, vanilla R8.1, but the scene works for me out of the box.

Can you go into KKManager ( hs2\[UTILITY] KKManager ) and run an update? I just checked an old scene where I had the same issue you are having now and it was fixed. May be this is due to KKManager's update that I ran at some point.
so, Ive updated KKmanager itself, didnt change much, so now I am updating mods with KKmanager, however all the mods who have been found to be updated are only related to faces and stuff for the chara maker. I'll see when its done if it changed anything in studio. Fingers crossed!

Try checking if you have the mod two times. I think HooH changed names a year ago, so it's possible to have two files with the updater. The current version is named scripted_cocks.zipmod and is 78645 kB. Try looking for hooh_cocks or hooh_scripted_cocks or something in your mod folder.
Thank you so much! So basically there was only a single file in my mods, but the size didnt fit the one you gave. So I just went to Hooh's patreon to get the latest scripted_cocks zipmod and simply replaced it with the current one I had in my mods.
