Conrad had the potential to be way more dangerous than Alaina to Elis. Especially if he knew about the fact that his oldest brother took over after his older brother was killed. Since Conrad would legitimately be the next person who's supposed to sit on the throne. To be honest, I trust Alaina more than Conrad. She's been with us since our banishment. I know Conrad is family, but if I have to choose between him and Alaina, I'm picking the one who's been by our side. Also, since Conrad was the MC father servant, he probably has his own secrets.
Yes can’t wait for more Josephine and Alaina in chap 2I still hope we get to see Josephine again in the future. Still the hottest scene in the game
Incredibly poorly. And then just lashes out and attempts to throws her friend under the bus with her. Instead of talking to her and trying to convince her at least. She does argue her innocence
Not necessarily. Some people that are vassals will be loyal simply because it's the status-quo. I don't think ALL of them are only loyal because they think they will get something. That would be mental. Some of them just want to rule in peace and are happy to do whatever their ruler wishes.Yes, so it literally everyone else that's the entire point. That's the whole reason the vassals are vassals in the first place and the reason why the empire broke up. Nobody outside of Elis's mom and sisters are blindly loyal. Everyone else is loyal because they believe Elis is going to do what they want.
Oh for the love of god. How many times do I have to say this. I. Am. Biased. Against. Elves. I thought that would have been abundantly clear by now. Especially with the amount of times I've said it.As I said last time we talked I feel like you're pretty bias when it comes to characters and if you already dislike a character(Alania, Isis) you assume the worse possible thing about them, but if you like a character(Cass,Aurora) you tend to over look things. I don't really see the point in discussing motivation with you because you will always see those characters you dislike in the worse light possible even if there is an explainable reason for their actions. In my opinion you always misread those character and try to make their actions 10 times worse than they actually are like the Isis letters to home thing, which to me just read like a pretty harmless prank. Nothing I got in that scene made it sound like Alania was trying to play chess or blackmail Elis
When I see this, the different paths and choices of last chapter... Maybe there is a different answer depending on path.So... with all these prophecies, visions etc. spoken and brewing about by so many tangible and intangible beings alike, I decided to start a little codex project. This is just the beginning but it should be finished soon if I decide to limit the project with only visions & prophecies. Other than summary and chronological pages, I am thinking of making a 'detective board' but since it will be a very subjective thing by its very nature I am hesitating for now.
Please let me know if I missed something or feel free to change and modify these as you like.
How do I make a *mod pin this to main page btw?

Alaina literally can't blackmail him with that information in the first place. It incriminates herself the most. What she's going to tell everyone by snitching on him? That he's not the rightful heir and that the only reason he's on the throne is because of elven intervention. They're just going to point the finger right back at her and group her with all other elves. Blackmail only works when the blackmailer is in the position of power. Alaina very much wasn't in the position of power.I can't believe that Alaina has been made the scapegoat. She is neither a blackmailer nor a puppet master. Blackmail involves coercion, and as far as I know, she never said, "Do this or I'll expose you." She was just trying to protect herself. Besides, she never whispered anything in Elis's ear. Elis isn't a puppet. It's true that Alaina is plotting and pulling strings, but she's doing it all for Elis, hoping that one day she can help the elves living lives of banditry. Can you really blame her? The people are suffering.
I don't believe Alaina is a threat. Even when accused, she doesn't reveal information. She threatens to, but even when she's exiled or beaten, she doesn't.
We legitimately see on screen humans killing pregnant elven women for fun. Killing children and everything. Anyone who actually believes that humans are somehow saints in this game are delusional. There's no good sides in this story. There's one more thing. I think humans are much worse than elves. Elis and her siblings are half-elves; her mother is an elf. Yet, humans and even their vassals insult and curse elves in front of Elis. If Conrad were a candidate for the throne, they would choose him without hesitation.
You're really not giving Alaina enough credit here. How and why, would she not just leave out the parts of "Elven Intervention"? and instead just make up some bullshit other rumor that leaves her looking clean as a whistle and casts doubt on Elis father. All it takes is her desire to do so.Alaina literally can't blackmail him with that information in the first place. Alaina very much wasn't in the position of power.
What do you mean "she didn't have to tell him shit?"The reason Alaina told Elis that in the first place was to convey how far she went for him. Since he had doubts. She didn't have to tell him shit, really. If she was against him. Just like how Cass didn't tell Elis anything if he didn't follow her requests enough.
Oh wow that's messed up.We legitimately see on screen humans killing pregnant elven women for fun. Killing children and everything. Anyone who actually believes that humans are somehow saints in this game are delusional. There's no good sides in this story.
it's simple...i hate whoever i cannot rape or enslaveGod is sad with all the Alaina hate on here![]()
Okay, I just want to make clear that I am not associated with this man. I am not a proponent of rape and slavery. Only a little bit of genocide.it's simple...i hate whoever i cannot rape or enslavebut i did banish alaina so i get a chance to rape her later
Weren't you the one who already said that it was basically just shock value. The rest of mc's comments are just paranoia.and I never said she wasn't playing chess in general I said she wasn't playing chess or trying to manipulate Elis in that scene. She was just begging for mercy and promising that she could keep quite. She does play chess but not against Elis. And Alania never really had enough control over Elis in the first place to call him a puppetIf I really was talking 100% nonsense here. Why would the Dev give us the option to kill her off like that? with the reasoning HE HIMSELF gives, being "she knows too much" "her not liking lack of control" and her "playing chess with our family as pawns"
I'm not really sure Isis would represent the human path. She says this update that southerners are treated almost as badly as elves are. And the whole vision with the daughter made it sound like her bloodline is special somehow and feels like a rival to the starhead blood. Isis kind of feels like a conqueror everyone kind of thingWrapped around the throne is Conrad, or potentially Isis. Human path I would say.
