yes i know what you are talking about (if you did fight the cop girl and you win the fight)
the original game doesn't allow you to win the fight with the cop girl whatever you do but in the renpy mod you can win and beat her and you will face a bug in the prison so just let her win (there is no chance to win against her in the original game anyway)

again if you win you will get in prison but you will face a bug you will not be able to get out and the only solution is to replay from the last save

I loaded a save where im just about to talk to the cop lady in quest 17 but it put me at the newspaper stand before the first interaction with the bullies, It's doing it with every save except with saves that were made before that moment.
