The mods are all image mods that give you a folder with images to paste in the 'mods' folder. They just replace some of the images in the game, usually with a similar theme. You can install all of them at once if you want, but only one mod can be active at a time. Once the mod is installed, click the Image Mods button on the left side bar and select the mod you want to activate. If the mod logo isn't visible, the mod may not be installed right.

You can find Incubus Island on Wape's Blogspot that's linked on the first page. It's in a post from December. Be warned: it is the absolutely most earliest "technically playable" build. I played it. I enjoyed it... But it has flaws. Keep in mind that it is a very very very early release.
If you mean impregnation wise then maybe Adam & Gaia? Nothing else is quite impregnation focused. (Which is why this game is epic.) College Daze also has impregnation with most characters but I'm unsure if it's exactly what you're looking for. (Excellent game though.)
Anyone got a mini-walkthrough for the Wife/Five Sisters? I've never been able to figure out the combination of choices needed to make ALL of them consent. End up having to break into at least one room every time. Usually two. What combo of stats/choices do I need here?
Iirc there's no path for having them all consent, and there's no reward/ending for that either. Any time you preg all of them, you'll get the Shotgun Wedding, regardless of how.

And for extra fun, try getting your hypno up REAAAL high (around 30 I think) and then start the interaction, even better if you're a pornographer of some kind.
There is a way to consensual them all, but it involves goodsexing Shinoa, the camgirl, for a selfie with her first. But yes, no special reward iirc.
Good point, forgot about that one. I guess the super hypnosis counts as seducing them all too (if you consider hypnotic suggestion to be consent lol).
Try using other start, if i remember properly Hope requirement is the easiest to get out of them all.
I have no idea how to get the hypno ending. I have hypno 8 with all seductions and now bad stuff. 1.11.5

I think it still could be useful, as long as it's not ''Use Crime Machine 100 times to get your stats to 100.'' at all endings.
I've just finished tweaking my no Midnight Man Exile ending and am finishing writing a No Midnight Man New Horizons ending on wapedia. You can use them if you are going through with that idea.
Is there a guide to get ALL the Smith sisters consentually? It seems there's no combination of stats or choices I can find that lets me get them ALL to be willing.
