Choose old friend the first night. Then next day go to whorehouse and there will be a third option to meet with jack. Then don't kill skye and just seduce her. Then there will be a new option in the bottom options about date with violet. This will start a chain in the bottom options and it will give a task every time and instructions on how to do it. Just keep following them( I don't remember them). And most importantly do this on friendly competition beginning

This has been asked and answered a good number of times already, including in the very last post before yours. Let's try again: Don't bother with mods.

The "mods" are just image replacements, but Wape took care in his choice of pictures/gifs so I don't think any mods are a consistent improvement.

Aside from the image replacement mods, there are also two standalone versions that add/change scenarios (the activities each night). The scenarios that they added have been added to the base game, but those can be disabled in the settings menu ("Fan-made content" to off) if you don't like them.

GrimUrzine's UNOFFICIAL EXTENDED EDITION is good, but old. HatchSnatchPatch updated it to v1.9.9 and is the only version other than be base game I might recommend trying, since GrimUrzine also changed some of the base game's scenarios, which for example gives the potions used in "some teens at a gathering" some additional uses.

CrimsonSamurai's UNOFFICIAL ENHANCED EDITION is somewhat newer, but pretty bad, and unfinished. I don't think he changed any scenarios, just added the "your favourite baker" and the "an old friend" scenario chains. As mentioned, the scenarios were added to the base game so no reason to download this.

The only way I know is by having high hypno and a harem/being able to make porn, it allows you to make them join your harem or record a video. There's probably something with the streamer in one of the beginnings too, but I'm not sure.

You need to have Inhuman Nature 4 or above, and also "goodsex" the streamer girl Shinoa which requires Sexual Performance 7.

Then you can do:
Study > Meal > Ignore > *any_choice*

For the um,... events/quests, like frat house, I don't think you can ever get both at same time from those. EDIT: apparently crime machine maybe can

Regarding brothel/harem/slaves, I think there is a very small handful of characters you can never add, even though you can impregnate them.

Regarding amount of in-game days, there is a 'beginning' with 99 days, and another beginning that is days+'amount of preggo from previous round'.
EDIT: eventually fence will sell 'spice' that each purchase increases in-game days by 1, with ever increasing price.

You can buy the Chronosands from the fence which will allow you to rewind decisions, rewind the entire scenario, or leave the scenario without advancing time. Your actions still count, like impregnated women stay impregnated.

edit: oh, I only have 'crime machine'
