Yeah, but wasn't Marc Dob, the dev, really sick before? That, and with his graphics card giving up the ghost, didn't he fall into a downward rut mid-last year? How did he appear to be doing before disappearing from Discord? Just curious.
In any event, I hope he's doing better health-wise and is in a better place mentally. Sometimes we all just need to step back and re-evaluate our priorities. Sucks that the game seems to be limbo in its current state (regardless I might give it a spin soon), but to reiterate, I hope the dev grew as a person, and is safe and sound and is enjoying his life. Can't fault anyone for that even if that requires giving up something that we enjoyed as fans.
