Only the camwhores that are on my level of ugly...10K a month for delays and empty promises. Its insane.
These guys make more than some camwhores!

Glad you enjoyed these parts, the ethanol scene was my idea. I hope to revisit stuff and add more humour. The game is going to take a pretty quick turn towards debauchery and laughs starting this release, while trying to maintain the writing qualities other people like.I have actually shown a few people the exploding bird and the ethanol scene to great response.
So just because someone else is a scammer, this somehow excuses them?I must say good joke with the "10k should release content each month", have you seen Summertime Saga?, think they have content each 4 month if you are lucky. And they are way over 10k...
That said no creator did ever release patches each 2-3 weeks as you suggest even if they are up in 10k+
Because they know they can get away with it. The longer they can stretch the updates, the more money they can keep earning. Examples of this that I've had the (dis)pleasure to encounter: Waifu Academia, Mythic Manor, Harem Hotel, being a DIK, etcI was supportive about the project before and I was waiting for 0.5B to try the content out but there's a general rule that more money a project gets, the development becomes gradually slower. That's true for most if not all the projects I've been watching. It's a downside to the donation type of income. Instead of coming up with a good finished project and enjoy its' success after the work is done, developers just start to enjoy that decent level of income and it makes them slower throughout the development process. It's especially obvious for Russian devs. Kinda ironic that the "support" affects development in opposite way than it should.
Japanese work culture is insane. Comparing studios that pump out content and work in larger teams (we have 2 artists total) isn't fair.Because they know they can get away with it. The longer they can stretch the updates, the more money they can keep earning. Examples of this that I've had the (dis)pleasure to encounter: Waifu Academia, Mythic Manor, Harem Hotel, being a DIK, etc
Then you see some japanese devs making eroges and nukiges that manage to finish games 10 times bigger for a fraction of the time a western dev needs, and a fraction of the money some random patreon milker gets a month
NVM FIGURED IT OUT the UI was missing so i had to slap my random keys to make it pop upMy first scene with Luna on the bed after tutoring doesnt seem to end? any recommended fixes?
I'm not saying either is scammers, but 10k per month does not equal content each month, unless the dev. have said that.So just because someone else is a scammer, this somehow excuses them?
And getting 10k a month means that some of them should've quit their jobs and started working full time on the game (that's what they promised). Someone working 7-8 hours a day (full time) would finish a considerably big update in less than a month
I have the same problem, remember what did you "slap" to proceed?NVM FIGURED IT OUT the UI was missing so i had to slap my random keys to make it pop up
He thinks that more money makes people code and draw faster lmaoI must say good joke with the "10k should release content each month", have you seen Summertime Saga?, think they have content each 4 month if you are lucky. And they are way over 10k...

More money = more chances for the coders to be taking the games as a full time employment job and spending 35-40 hours a week at least at coding, drawing some pngs for the main events. 2 months = 300 hours or more per person. How is this so hard for some of you to understand? He thinks that more money makes people code and draw faster lmao
I'm not saying either is scammers, but 10k per month does not equal content each month, unless the dev. have said that.
And I do agree if they said 10k will result in some of them working on the game nonstop, lets hope they are true to their own word. And lets hope they also are willing to talk about who will work on it as a day job, to let everyone know what is going on.
We will have to wait and see I guess.
I don't get paid, no one can force me to do anything. It's this perfect thing where I am accountable to no one.Yeah, I've never understood the whole insult the developer thing. What, you think it'll suddenly shame them and make them actually do what you want? You're more likely to get them to do less work out of spite
