Okay, so I made a new folder for the upload haven sourced version and the game opened just fine. Didn't even need the compressed version.
With Esther, you keep her to yourself. For Gloria - 'sharing' is kinda the point.. and even moreso. The other girls get to play some also. If you want all the girls to yourself, this is not the game for you.
I don't have problems girls sharing with each other. Except monica do we have to pimp out the other girls to?
The only girl you really 'pimp out' is Gloria (at least up to this point), the others can get shared ('cept Esther) and/or they can do what they want. Gloria gets the 'royal' treatment. :>)

I don't get the part "orgasms are denied in any position the lock is in". She can orgasm when she's locked and at 1000 arousal only later in the game, to simulate the "pill" she's got, or the rules she's followed. In the beginning, if the lock is ON, she can only cum if a 1-time event is written that way - she's supposed to have orgasms sometimes during main-plot scenes.

A proper sex scene with Melissa was not something I wanted to do, to emphasize that Sam is kinda loyal to Esther. He only trains Gloria to achieve a goal.
