I played this one a while back and it was insane and honestly made me laugh out loud.
He had a house that he shared with two girls that he was with, then he brought into the house his "sisters" and his step-mom who eventually end up in the harem. im hoping it happens and think there might be a small chance of it happening now since playing the last update. Since you can pick threesome as a fantasy with Lexi and say you would pick Erynn and that would be your pick. Lexi says that is her pick too now it might just dialogue that means nothing but you have to pick the roleplay option to get the step sis / step bro roleplay scene.
