A proper greeting for Erynn would've been him telling her to fuck off and leave him alone.
Damn man, I'm not an Erynn fanboy like some here and that's a bit over the line.
MC is more at fault for schism in relationship.

Somewhere else, someone wrote about Alexis being the conduit to end Layla-Erynn path later in the game. That's a spot on idea and gives Lexi more gravitas in the story for good(protecting sister or reclaimed best friend depending on how it's played.)

Erynn asks the MC if he's happy to be back home after hearing about Riverside and Nikki/Cara.

I think this would be a much better place to end a path. It doesn't matter how the MC answers, but right afterwards while on topic Erynn could bring up Layla and Elena and the MC could answer. "Just friends from school" ending the Layla path or "talk more about Layla" ending the Erynn path.

can't agree with any of that. Since both Erynn and the MC is at fault for the entire thing but I would put most of the blame on the MC since he is too stubborn to even want to talk to her , no matter how much she tried. I think Erynn was unfairly treated by the MC because all she did was want to talk to him and try to make things right. But instead she is ghosted and ignored and the MC is suppose to be a good friend of hers. Yeah friends have falling out and this could of been just that but the fact he wouldn't even let her talk to him and try to apologize and just have a conversation makes the MC the worst offender in the whole situation imo. Not like Erynn did anything to betray him wasn't even that bad plus with him confessing his feeling in front of everyone wasn't a smart idea either.

I wouldn't even say Erynn is nuts either I think that is a stretch.
I wouldn't say most of the blame on MC i would say equal. I mean yeah what you said is true but think for a min. Dude was like 13. What he saw was the girl he likes and just confessed to walk off and start laughing with her friends, when she should have said something right then, like can we talk more about this later? Sure she was stunned but so was he when she started laughing with her friends just mins after being confessed to and not answering him.

I still think is too soon at least if you think about from a new players pov. At that point on my first playthrough I had no idea if I liked Erynn or not. at that point I was still Team Layla on my first PT wasn't until much later I realized Layla wasn't for me

only reason I put most of the blame on the MC was not for the initial situation but how he ignored her and didn't read any of her letters despite her many attempts to have a conversation. I can understand not wanting to see her that first day. But then h e goes to ignore her for weeks and has no contact since then that's when I shift the blame. I mean yeah granted he is 13 and his parents should of known something is up especially with how Erynn went over to Emily to try to talk to him and made them have a talk at least once before he left.

Hot take, possibly: Confronting Erynn and getting the true story of what happened should be forced, with the avenue to get on/off her route happening soon afterwards, keeping the slow burn in place since she's not just gonna jump into the sack with you.

Emily and Mel should both share some of the blame as well as MC and Erynn. They were the mature adults, Emily should have realised MC started going off the rails after the incident, even if she didn't know what happened then she knew Erynn has come over to try and talk to MC and that despite Erynn's near constant presence in their house before the incident she hadn't been there with MC since that day. Likewise Mel should have noticed Erynn getting upset about MC not talking to her and realised the reason even if Erynn doesn't tell her specifically, because she'd have been used to MC always being around and then suddenly he isn't, and Mel should've talked to Emily about it and between them they should have mediated between the kids and fixed their friendship.

That's not bad, but this solves only Erynn's side of the equation(Erynn has enough "keep things friendly" options like refusing the photoshoot).
Getting rid of Layla without it being random or forced is where the game gives us nothing.

lmfao I was in the shower and I was just thinking there should be a choice to storm off and not listen to Erynn's side of things and ending her path or after her story either or and one to stay and talk after hearing it

Easily solution at the pizzera order a pineapple pizza thus she no longer is interested in the MC

I'm more concerned with why you're thinking about this AVN in the shower.

Why not simply write an upcoming scene where a fuckboy MC who has been dating both, gets found out and confronted?
This is what I thought we were building to all along, not that Nyx had simply "forgotten" that you can date both Erynn and Layla at the same time without consequence.

lol no I was not thinking like that was simply thinking about the progress update as I read it right before lol but that is also when I let my mind wonder and think about random things why a shower can take me like 30min - 45min

Erynn grabs one arm, Layla the other, Val kicks him in the nuts and leaves him in that alley where Rachel's body gets dumped on him.

Wait you got into the shower suspiciously close to when that one render of Zach was posted.

If i had my way we would have both.
One clear option to chose Layla or Erynn(but not right after meeting them).
And the option to string both girls along until things go nuclear.

To be honest Erynn not sharing much with Alexis doesn't sound that unbelievable when Erynn never told her about Ethan, and Alexis also hid some things from Erynn...
She repeatedly denies having a relationship to her mom (despite the fact that Melissa knows and encourages it).

Erynn 100% falls into the a "i don't wanna jinx it" type person rather than a oversharer.
