I use my IRL name in almost every AVN, because I tend to self-insert and obviously everything should revolve around me (sarcasm).
Sometimes that bites me in the ass when the MC in games says or does things I never would and I get vicarious cringe, but that's okay.

I don’t really have a specific one. Lately I’ve been watching Suits, so I’ve been sticking with the name Mike. And after thinking about it, I realized I usually use names from whatever show I’m currently watching.

We are at the point in which both dumbasses want it... but can't bring themselves to actually say the words.
PS: Those are the exact same guys that once took advantage to fondle Val, trying their luck with someone else... getting hit with the ball wasn't enough.

You’re right, it’s the same group. Now the question is: is it just the same male models again, meaning these are supposed to be two random encounters? Or will these guys have a bigger significance later in the story? Somehow mess up MC’s relationships with the girls.

My thought was that they are scouting out the area to perhaps go to MSU, which would of course be a nightmare for Val who's already got a full scholarship to MSU. People outside our circle have their own schedules, those 2 guys independently decided to go to the beach that day to meet some hot girls.
We end up meeting them, if we also go to the beach... but they are "always there", we meet them with Val, with Erynn... if we didn't go to the beach that day presumably they were still there... maybe taking a shot at the kiosk bartender
Same thing with Zane... he goes to the beach because he wants to surf, we end up meeting him in the Val path, Erynn runs into him in the parking lot on her route... but to keep the universe functioning he always went to the beach that day... even if we didn't.
I highly respect Nyx attempts at butterfly effect.
No idea if those will pop back again.
They have no significance to Erynn, just 2 random guys who made a pass at her... but to Val they do, they are old "friends".

Possibly they already graduated HS, they knew each other from the track team and things like that... but nothing says they were on the same year
The fact that we won't get a continuation hurts, it has so much potential

We are all curious but don't know yet exactly what happened. My theory is that he most likely threatened her but she is afraid of telling the MC, because she knows he may go do something stupid. Not sure where you got influential from, there have been links teased between her and Ximena but nothing solid yet.

From how she behaved at school with the MC we can see that the encounter made her somewhat scared... but while scary it wasn't enough for her to give in completely and cut herself off from the MC.
I don't think he has anything to blackmail her with, just threats...
She's afraid of telling MC about it, so she probably worries he'll make it worst... or get hurt trying to solve it.
Still i think the full story will come out pretty soon(given that we are getting rid of the guy in the next 2/3 updates

Val says that they moved because her Mom got a job in Madison Springs and she got an MSU scholarship.
There could have been an element of getting her away from those creeps as a bonus.
For them to just show up out of the blue, no wonder she was so emotional on the beach date. For him to have the nerve to pick her up as well as though she would be pleased to see him. Though tbh Val must have a sign on her somewhere which says "pick me up" as it does seem to happen to her constantly.
