I'm incredibly tired.
Both, in real and with development.
I wake up after 8 hours, no matter what the previous day was like. I miss the days when I could just roll over.
For game development, reworking to be exact.
I'm a week behind.
Because when I play it there is this "hey, you could do this better". Oops, a day's work. Again.
I'll finish the rework this week (yes, I've said that before) and while it's in beta testing finish the update.
No, I'm not close to a burnout, don't worry.
I turn on the PC every day and do what I have to do. What I want, sounds better.
But I can't say I have much fun the last weeks.
The good thing is that after playing the whole game over and over again I saw some things/mistakes (story) nobody mentioned and my non-existent editor didn't pick up on.
I hope to give you more information with the weekend update!

Once you finish the work on your plate, you should give yourself a few days off to do absolutely NOTHING! Rest, play some games that aren't your own, go get laid! Enjoy some quality "me" time just for you! From what I'm hearing, you NEED it! If the schedule you've set exceeds your available energy levels, reschedule it! Take a break! BREATHE! No hurries, no worries. We will get the update when it is ready. Love your work, BTT. You've grown greatly in the time since you first started this project. I've seen your innate talent all along but it has really been launched by your new found skills. Just remember to breathe and not to force it. Art cannot be rushed. It needs to be nurtured. That need for nurturing extends back to the artist as well, my friend. Take care of yourself first so you have the energy and fortitude to take care of everything else. Adventure ever on, Phat

Yes. I'm currently pursuing both of them. Just make sure to take the options to pursue Isabella when they are presented in dialogue with her. As long as you read the options and don't try to speed through the dialogue, you should be fine. I couldn't say no to Alex either. She and MC have great history. Just follow the dialogue prompts and when in doubt, make a save! You have four options with Alex and Isa... You can... have Alex, have Isa, have Alex AND Isa or you can choose neither of them and just be friends. Personally, I do not recommend that last option but it IS available...

Last play-through of the redo is done. Still re-rendering one animation.
Fixed some things, spit and polish.
Redo Version will go to beta testing the next days,
So next week it's finishing three small scenes for the update, postwork on (until now) 600+ renders, adding music and sfx.
If you haven't seen it, monk will do a Steam release.

Isn't there such a saying in english? Honestly, I've had not looked of it. But you are better in english than I, perhaps you know a translation or something...
Because, 'down and out' is not really a good description of the meaning.
What ever happened to that potential title change, is that still a thing?. I also never followed that whole redo thingy. Does that mean that the story gets changed or is it "just" graphical improvements?.

A dog is known as "man's best friend" in English. I think this is likely the closest to "Auf den Hund gekommen" in German.
There are many such sayings involving dogs in English.
In some southern states if you are fighting for a cause not your own, particularly if you have no business fighting for said cause, you would be told, "You don't have a dog in this fight!"
"Loyal as a hound" is another one and requires no explanation. I used it recently to describe Alex.
The exceptionally hot, humid time in late summer/autumn is called the "dog days of summer."
If you are the very best at something, you are known as the "top dog."
If you mess up, someone may "dog you out." (see also beat down)
There are plenty more where those came from but I'll leave you with one my dad used to use on me whenever I wore aftershave as a young man... he'd make some fake gagging sounds and say, "Aw son, you smell like a wet dog!"

Yep, title change will come.
Story will be the same, it's more to make the first chapters feel more "natural", especially in the sex scenes.
And fixing some parts that don't fit (even nobody has mentioned them), cleaning the "code" and so on.
If you compare the last chapters with the first, you see what i mean
So getting everything on the same level.
