i clear #37 quest and i don't see any quest pop up at the port, what should i do next?

In an attempt to answer the black screen question in total. if you are running anything else in the background as you play the game CLOSE IT. this game even on the steam page by the developers own admission runs poorly because it is too much for RPGM MV. If you have a weaker computer or have alot running in the background the game may struggle to work properly. Best advice I can give is close all internet browser tabs and try again. Maybe even attempt a computer restart. if you keep getting black screens try a different computer if you can.

Nah, I have this site open while I am playing the game. I only had problems on the initial load. So you could always try closing your web browser till you get into the game. If you can get past the opening Cut scene you should be okay. At least it worked for me.
