I'd say the issue here is that often there's no real way to tell if the game is has gay content only, or it has a straight “route”, or it's a strictly bi game (forcing either type of sex scenes on the player without being able to opt out), or anything in between, without delving deep into the discussion, unless someone actually bothers to divulge this apparently unimportant bit of information in the game description (I usually try to divine it by screenshots in these cases but it's hardly an accurate tell). So yeah, it's not surprising to see people getting confused about what kind of game it is, or pushing for whatever they want to see in the game, since the OP doesn't clarify what to expect.
Hell, the tag itself is barely useful considering that you can't use it to filter games by desired content as it seems to cover any game with at least one gay scene (unless the user in question is bi but in that case he'd probably be fine without the filter).
(…As for “exclusivity”, dunno about you but I've seen people demanding from straight authors to include gay content in their straight porn games, so it's less of a one-sided thing and more of an adequacy issue for anyone in general.)

Is there a change log for 0.20 at all? The game looks super interesting though I think I'll wait for the straight content even if I like gay stuff as well.

I tried the new version and it was really interesting.
Developping the relationships with other characters thanks to quests and good but short sex scenes as a reward (outside Ivo, the merchant). You made them skipable but I think it should have been available when you added hetero scenes since it's all the game propose for now in terms of sexual scenes (though sometime it's good to have only eroticism).
Expansion of the worldbuilding with a new location with only one of the buildings available. A future battle ground to change from the ghoul is present. And another location is also already planned.
There's an error if you want to "View his marchandise" in Ivo shop after completing his quest (cf files). Due to this bug, when we rollback, the last building we've visited stays enlighted and the only way to continue is to click "Return" in the same building since it's the only building still available. Also, there are still some cyrillic letters for the items and even Ivo name.

In the new map the only location avaible is the "temple" right? because if i click on any other one, does not work
In public versions may remain bugs, but in all updates I try to get rid of them (0.25 has already fixed all known bugs, including the android version).
Development is underway, all content m/m, m/f scenes are chosen by the player. In 0.26 planned to open the village and 2 new enemies.

So apparently straight contents been added, but the previews are still all gay as well as no vaginal sex tag. Is it another repeat of the other game?
Edit: this is in fact a gay game. Its clearly catered to it, you guys who were saying that in the start of the thread where right. ezh! If you actually are going to add straight content, maybe, just maybe, dont have the MC start off naked, lose a fight to a dude, then stare at his dick for two minutes. If your going to add female characters the add an option for a female soul eater as well.
Not to mention only two characters have female counter parts. No Trader female, no Anubis female, no Village head chief. So yeah if you are looking for straight content, its not really worth playing... yet? Hopefully the next 2-3 updates address this. Whats there is pretty good though, great models, the scenes are a bit short though.
